My headphones have no sound when connected to the transmitter - what should I do?
Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure all cables are firmly connected
  • Turn on headphones until you hear “Connected”
  • Set TV audio correctly:
    • Optical: PCM / Stereo (NOT Dolby)

What should I do if my TV doesn't have a 3.5mm or optical port?
We recommend using an HDMI ARC audio extractor.

  • Connect the transmitter to the extractor
How can I check the remaining battery power?
When powered on, the headphones will announce “Battery High” or “Battery Low”.
  • Short-press the Power button to hear battery status again
  • Red LED indicator means low battery
Volume is already at maximum but still too low. What can I do?
Try the following:
  • Increase TV or audio source volume
  • Optical: set output to PCM and disable volume limits
  • AUX/RCA: increase analog output volume
  • Disable hearing protection or volume limiter features
Can I connect two or more headphones to one transmitter?
Yes. The transmitter supports multiple headphones simultaneously, ideal for shared TV listening.

Please note that independent listening is not supported on this model.
Do I need to pair the transmitter and headphones like Bluetooth devices?

Slight delay may occur when used for musical instruments or professional audio applications.
